Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Trailside's annual school fundraiser. Trailside Academy is a PK-8 Expeditionary Learning school in the Mapleton Public School district. As a Title 1 school, 50% of our 500+ students qualify for free and reduced lunch. Due to district-wide budget cuts, we haven’t been allocated the funding we need to adequately support our school and this fundraiser is key in providing the supplemental supplies and experiences our students need to get the most from their education. 

The annual fundraiser event, which takes place September 29th, will include a free fall carnival and Fun Run. The event will be free to attend and is designed to bring our community together for a fun night “out.” Families are invited to bring their own picnic, or enjoy a low-cost pizza dinner provided by the school at the event. We are also seeking sponsorships from local businesses like yours. 

In exchange for your sponsorship, your business will be advertised on our website and social media platforms in the weeks leading up to the event. We will also promote your business at the event itself and continue on throughout the year with your logo printed on our Fun Run t-shirts. This is an excellent opportunity to support your local community school while also building your brand in the community where your customers live and work and we hope you’ll consider participating. All donations are tax deductible.

Outdoor Event Banner: Company logo on a large banner that is displayed throughout the school year 

Fundraiser T-Shirts: The Fun Run t-shirts are worn throughout the year by students, 

teachers, staff. allowing for top exposure with built-in longevity of advertising throughout the city. (Size and placement of logo depend on sponsorship level.)

Booth Space at Event: A table and tent will be provided at our Fall 

Festival and Fun Run event on September 29th. Interact with the community, pass out promotional materials and share your brand.
